The Role:

Our Event/Project Managers have broad scope and deal with a variety of projects for our automotive clients.  They create memorable events and organize seamless projects to ensure client satisfaction.  From local Consumer Drive Evaluation programs, to National Sales Training programs and vehicle displays at various venues, our Event/Project Managers handle a diversity of programs from simple to complex which vary on a weekly basis.

  • Manage events and projects ranging from $5,000 - $ 1,000,000
  • Build relationships and work directly with clients to develop scope of work, budget, timelines and deliverables
  • Execute on all aspects of projects utilizing industry best practices and solution oriented problem solving
  • Communicate with suppliers, team members and clients to ensure delivery excellence
  • Ensure on-time responsiveness with high levels of accuracy and customer service
  • Multi-task  several projects with tight deadlines
  • Provide on-site support for various events across Canada
  • Track and submit time sheets, expenses, and work requests
  • Create and complete personal development goals

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Full Time Project Coordinator or Project Manager
  • Marketing or Experiential Agency work is an asset
  • Excellent English grammar, spelling and communication skills.  French an asset.
  • Own a vehicle
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • PMP certificate an asset
  • Exercise good judgement/common sense
  • Highly organized and strong multi-tasking capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly
